abstract A novel nitrogen-containing organosilicon compound and an efficient production method thereof are provided. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] By using ethylene glycol monoallyl ether or polyethylene glycol monoallyl ether as a starting material, silylated with alkoxysilane, and then introducing an amino group, the compound represented by the general formula (1) A nitrogen-containing organosilicon compound represented by the formula is obtained. Furthermore, by introducing into the amino group of the compound a biphenyl group, binaphthyl group, or ferrocenyl group having two phosphorus atoms that can form a bidentate with a late transition metal, the compound represented by the general formula (2) A nitrogen-containing organosilicon compound represented by the formula is obtained.
