abstract |
The present invention provides a method capable of comprehensively profiling the activity of various protein kinases, which is simple, excellent in specificity, and capable of high-throughput analysis. A method for detecting phosphorylation of a peptide or protein on a substrate, wherein the phosphorylated peptide or protein is treated with a base to remove a phosphate group by β and then modified with a thiol group.
