abstract | The present invention forms a core-shell type polymer gel fine particle-containing layer having a required thickness by simply applying a mixture of core-shell type polymer gel fine particles and a binder once. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for immobilizing core-shell type polymer gel fine particles that can be used. The present invention provides (1) a core-shell type polymer having an average particle size of 20 nm to 3000 nm by polymerizing a PEG-containing polymer azo polymerization initiator and a polyfunctional monomer in water and / or alcohol. A step of preparing gel fine particles, (2) a step of mixing the core-shell type polymer gel fine particles and a binder, and (3) applying a mixture of the core-shell type polymer gel fine particles and a binder to a substrate.
