titleOfInvention | One-component non-magnetic toner and image forming apparatus using the toner |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-component non-magnetic toner formed without addition of a charge control agent, which enables adjustment of charge distribution when regulating a thin layer, and prevents regulation leakage, upper seal scattering and photoreceptor fog during durability. Providing a negatively chargeable one-component non-magnetic toner and an image forming apparatus that do not occur. The one-component non-magnetic toner of the present invention comprises colored particles containing at least a binder resin, a cyan colorant and a release agent, and an external additive. As the external additive, 100 parts by mass of the colored particles are used. In contrast, at least hydrophobic rutile-anatase type titanium oxide particles of 0.75 to 1.75 parts by mass, and hydrophobic monodisperse spherical large silica particles having a number primary average particle size of 80 to 250 nm are 0.5 to 2.0. 0.5 to 3.0 parts by mass of hydrophobic small silica particles having a number average primary particle size of 7 to 16 nm, and 0.05 to 0.05 positively charged positively charged silica particles having a number average primary particle size of 20 to 40 nm. It is characterized by the addition ratio of ˜0.5 parts by mass. [Selection] Figure 1 |
