abstract Disclosed is a determination method capable of accurately measuring a glycated immunoglobulin in a sample to accurately determine a disease such as IgA multiple myeloma. Glycation by binding an immunoglobulin site in a glycated immunoglobulin in a sample with a substance capable of binding to the immunoglobulin, and then measuring the level of the sugar site of the bound glycated immunoglobulin.
