To provide a one-pack type cyanate-epoxy composite resin composition having excellent fluidity, storage stability and curability and high heat resistance. A one-component cyanate-epoxy composite resin composition comprising (A) a cyanate ester resin, (B) an epoxy resin, and (C) a latent curing agent. The latent curing agent as the component (C) is (a) an amine compound represented by the general formula (I), (b) a polyamine compound having two or more amino groups in the molecule, and (c) an organic polymer. It is a latent curing agent obtained by reacting an isocyanate compound and, if necessary, (d) an epoxy compound. R 1 and R 2 in the general formula (I) can each independently contain an alkyl group having 1 to 8 carbon atoms, or R 1 and R 2 can be bonded to each other to contain an oxygen atom or a nitrogen atom.
