abstract | The present invention provides a xanthone derivative having weak side effects and having an excellent antioxidant action, a method for producing the same, and a cosmetic product comprising the same. A xanthone derivative having an antioxidant action is a xanthone polymer composed of xanthone dimer, trimer, or 32 xanthones. Further, it is obtained by adding arginine to a pulverized mangosteen, heating it, and extracting it with a vegetable oil. Furthermore, apple juice and lipase for transesterification are added to the pulverized mangosteen, heated, and extracted with vegetable oil. The production method comprises a production process obtained by extracting a fermented material obtained by adding fermented natto to fermented mangosteen, arginine and soybeans with a vegetable oil. Cosmetics consist of a composition containing a fruit juice extract in a xanthone derivative. [Selection figure] None |
