titleOfInvention Portland cement clinker and method for producing the same
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use phosphorus-containing waste as a raw material for cement from the viewpoint of waste treatment in the production of a cement clinker (for example, medium-heated Portland cement) that suppresses the initial heat of hydration by lowering the silicic acid ratio. In this case, the decrease in compressive strength at long-term ages is suppressed. SOLUTION: After firing, the Portland cement clinker has a hydraulic modulus (HM) of 1.80 to 2.15, a silicic acid ratio (SM) of 2.8 to 4.5, and a P 2 O 5 content of 0.8. Preparation of phosphorus-containing waste and other raw materials is adjusted so that the range is from 05 to 2.0% by mass and the MgO content is 1.0% by mass or less. [Selection figure] None
