abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device that is easy to handle and can objectively and quantitatively grasp the state of a patella. A holding arm body 110 for positioning a device applied to the side of a knee and a measurement arm body 120 for pushing a patella to slide sideways, both of which are rotatably joined at an end thereof. In addition, a potentiometer 130 for detecting the rotation angle is provided, and a load cell 121 is built in a portion of the other end of the measurement arm body 120 that is in contact with the patella, and the holding arm body 110 is a measurement arm body 120. The center of rotation C, which is a joint part, is raised above the patella so as not to touch the measurement subject's leg from the center of rotation to the vicinity of the other end. The patella measuring device 100 is characterized in that a tongue piece 111 having a curvature is formed so that the portion is brought into contact with the outer hamstring tendon portion.
