titleOfInvention | Microlens manufacturing method and microlens |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily and inexpensively manufacturing a microlens having high accuracy of lens shape and in-plane arrangement. SOLUTION: It contains an acid generator that generates an acid by the action of active energy rays or a base generator that generates a base, and further decomposes and desorbs one or more low-boiling volatile substances by reacting with the acid or base. A resin sheet containing a compound having a decomposable functional group to be released is irradiated with active energy rays and then heated to cause a decomposition reaction, and the generated low boiling point volatile substance distributes in the plane direction and thickness direction in the resin sheet. A microlens manufacturing method characterized by forming fine bubbles so as to have [Selection] Figure 5 |
