titleOfInvention | Thioredoxins measuring electrode, thioredoxin measuring method, thioredoxin measuring device |
abstract | Provided is an electrode for measuring thioredoxins that can quantitate thioredoxin in a sample solution quickly, easily, with high sensitivity, and is inexpensive. A reaction layer having at least thioredoxin reductase and a thioredoxin regenerating enzyme is disposed on a conductive substrate, and a regenerating substrate exists even if the amount of thioredoxin contained in the measurement sample is very small. An electrode for measuring thioredoxins capable of continuously detecting and measuring an electric signal having an intensity depending on the concentration of thioredoxin without causing the electric signal intensity to decay with time.
