abstract [PROBLEMS] To positively charge and exhibit volume resistivity stably and accurately in a volume resistivity range of 1 × 10 5 to 1 × 10 14 Ω · cm, and further smooth surface. Of polyamide-based electrophotographic members having excellent properties and mechanical properties. SOLUTION: The modified polyolefin (B) and the polyolefin (C) optionally contained are contained in a total amount of 10 to 100 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the polyamide (A), and the modified polyolefin (B) and the polyolefin (C). Weight ratio ((B) :( C)) is 100: 0 to 2:98, and carbon black is added to 100 parts by weight of the total amount of polyamide (A), modified polyolefin (B), and polyolefin (C). A polyamide-based electrophotographic member characterized in that (D) is contained in an amount of 2 to 30 parts by weight, and the ratio between the maximum value and the minimum value of volume resistivity in the same plane is 10 times or less.
