Synthesis and application of a new raw material family by chemical crosslinking of gelatin and organic salts. The present invention also relates to the application of new raw materials in the fields of physics, chemistry, and biology, for immobilization of biocatalysts in chemical reactions, controlled drug delivery, detection of chemical species.
