abstract |
A silane coating agent having good storage stability is provided. A) a) 5-40 wt% glycidyl methacrylate, optionally mixed with glycidyl acrylate; b) 50-93.9 wt% vinyl monomer; c) 1-20 wt% mercaptosilane; and d) preparing a glycidyl (meth) acrylate copolymer by polymerizing 0.1 to 5% by weight of a free radical initiator, and B) by at least partial reaction and ring opening of the epoxy groups of the glycidyl (meth) acrylate copolymer, An alkoxysilyl-containing polymer is produced by reacting the glycidyl (meth) acrylate copolymer with an aminoalkyltrialkoxysilane.
