abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exhibit sufficiently high activity even for an oxygen nucleophilic agent having low reactivity when an allyl raw material compound and an oxygen nucleophile are reacted to produce a new allyl compound different from the raw material compound. A new catalyst system is used so that more various allyl compounds can be efficiently produced. An allyl raw material compound and an oxygen nucleophilic compound in the presence of a catalyst containing one or more transition metal compounds selected from the group consisting of transition metals belonging to Groups 8 to 10 of the periodic table and a polydentate phosphite compound. By reacting with the agent, a new allyl compound having a composition formula different from that of the allyl raw material compound is produced. [Selection figure] None |
