titleOfInvention Hydrogen permeable membrane module
abstract The present invention provides a hydrogen permeable membrane module that does not require a metal support that is essential in the prior art, has a simple structure, and is easy to handle a hydrogen permeable foil membrane that is a hydrogen permeable membrane. A hydrogen permeable membrane module that does not require a metal support, and is a metal sheet having pores on both sides of a purified hydrogen collecting member in which one or more metal sheets having upper and lower through-holes are laminated. The metal sheets are arranged alternately with metal sheets of different metal materials, and the surfaces of the upper and lower reinforcement members are joined together at the same time. A hydrogen permeable membrane module, comprising a hydrogen permeable membrane bonded to a membrane. [Selection] Figure 45
