abstract | There is provided a medical device capable of safely and reliably performing a technique for fusing or necrosing a tissue without thrombi adhering to an electrode even when electric energy is applied in blood. In a state in which a living tissue is sandwiched between a plate-like first electrode member and a needle-like second electrode member, electric energy is supplied to both electrode members to melt the living tissue. A medical device for wearing or necrosis, wherein the main body portion 2b of the needle-like second electrode member 2 is made of a synthetic resin, and a conductive coating 2c is provided on a part of the outer peripheral surface of the main body portion 2b. It is characterized in that thrombus does not adhere to 1 and 2. [Selection] Figure 3 |
