abstract | The coextruded plastic film comprises an outer layer formed of a polymer or copolymer having a high surface energy such as corona-treated high density polyethylene; and a core layer preferably made of a polyolefin containing a foamed polymer produced by an endothermic foaming agent And an inner layer having a sufficiently large particle size that allows water vapor to escape horizontally from the bottom of the film and containing a sufficient amount of filler. Further, the inner layer may contain a desiccant and can be embossed. This film can disperse the vapor, become hygroscopic and vapor permeable. The film also has the advantage that one side has high paint adhesion and the other side sticks to a substrate, typically a paint metal or simple metal surface. [Selection] Figure 1 |
