titleOfInvention | Transparent light emitting parts |
abstract | The present invention provides a transparent light emitting component. Examples of the transparent light-emitting component include organic light-emitting diodes. The transparent light emitting component has a transparent layer structure. The transparent layer structure is formed on a transparent substrate in a laminated form, and includes a planar electrode and an organic region disposed between the planar electrodes. The organic region includes a light emitting layer formed of at least one organic material. For at least one direction of incidence, the transmittance of the transparent layer structure is at least 50% for a partial range of at least one wavelength in the visible spectral range. One of the planar electrodes has a metal layer having a thickness of 40 nm or less, the other of the planar electrodes is disposed to face the electrode having the transparent layer structure, and has a thickness of at least 10 nm. An oxide layer made of an oxide material is included. There is an intensity ratio of at least 2: 1 between light on one side of the transparent layer structure and light on the opposite side of the transparent layer structure. |
