A tissue engineering composition used for application to the inner surface of a patient's body lumen. The composition is used to circulate and stably adhere the composition to the body lumen. (A) The carrier medium and the membrane material dispersed in the carrier medium and having a biodegradable polymer. Consists of (b) microcapsules containing one or more live cells wrapped.
