titleOfInvention | Poly (meth) acrylates modified with reactive ethylene groups and uses thereof |
abstract | The present invention relates to a synthetic resin based on partially crosslinked poly (meth) acrylate-urethane- (meth) acrylate in urethane (meth) acrylate. The synthetic resin comprises (a) preparing a (meth) acrylate monomer (I) having no isocyanate group-reactive group and a (meth) acrylate monomer (II) having an isocyanate group-reactive group, and (b) Polymerizing the (meth) acrylate monomers (I) and (II) to produce a poly (meth) acrylate (III) having an isocyanate group-reactive group; and (c) the poly (meth) acrylate (III). And an isocyanate compound (IV) having two or more isocyanate groups, 5 to 40% of the isocyanate groups in the isocyanate compound (IV) react with the isocyanate group-reactive group, whereby any one The compound (IV) of this compound reacts with any two or more (III) at two or more of its isocyanate groups to give a weight average molecular weight of 2 to 20 times. Obtained by reacting so as to cause partial crosslinking of (III) with increase, and (d) reacting the compound obtained in step (c) with (meth) acrylate monomer (II). . Said synthetic resins can be used, for example, as binders in radical curable compositions suitable for use in the production of composite materials, composite workpieces, and paints having advantageous physical and chemical properties. |
