titleOfInvention | Method and tool set for testing crystallization conditions of biopolymers |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method and a tool set for inspecting and confirming crystallization conditions of a biopolymer by using a reverse diffusion method using a precipitant, an additive and a buffer. The concentration of one or more precipitants in the medium (solution or gel) is the concentration currently used in other available inspection methods (eg, batch method, microbatch method or vapor phase diffusion method). The higher the concentration, the greater the concentration of one or more precipitants used in one experiment, as a result of diffusion along the longitudinal direction of the capillary holding the biopolymer. . The invention also relates to a tool set or kit comprising the elements necessary to carry out the above method. |
