Thus, the present invention provides an adhesive joint capsulitis or painful shoulder contracture in a subject in need of such treatment comprising injecting or delivering an effective amount of collagenase into a shoulder collagen adhesion. The present invention relates to a method of treatment or prevention. The invention also relates to the use of collagenase in the manufacture of a medicament for treating adhesive arthritis. |
