The present invention particularly relates to novel bicycloheterocyclic compounds, compositions comprising these heterocyclic compounds, methods for producing these heterocyclic compounds, and, for example, low cell proliferation, inflammation, glycosidase expression, or perlecan expression. Methods of using these heterocyclic compounds to treat various conditions and disease states that are particularly relevant are provided. Heterocyclic compounds and compositions comprising these compounds have utility in the treatment of various diseases.
