Disclosed is a bioreactor packing of a small wastewater treatment apparatus for decomposing organic and / or inorganic contaminants in wastewater. The filling includes a surface that has been enlarged by using special paper. The paper is folded and arranged in a concentric ring around the activated carbon filter core. The paper has a laminated structure composed of, for example, a silicone layer, a cellulose layer, and an aluminum layer. The organic / inorganic contaminants in the wastewater can then be decomposed, particularly by introducing a microbial mixture of photosynthetic and luminescent microorganisms into the cellulose layer.
