titleOfInvention | Prazole derivatives and their salts and uses |
abstract | The present invention relates to derivatives of general formula (I) or (II) and salts thereof. Of these, R 1 represents a lower alkyl group or a lower alkyl group substituted by a halogen atom. R 2 represents a linear or side chain alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, and R 3 represents a hydrogen atom or an alkali metal such as lithium, sodium or potassium, or an alkaline earth metal such as magnesium or calcium. The general formula (I) or (II) of the compound of the present invention and a derivative thereof or a pharmacologically and pharmacologically applicable salt significantly enhanced the anti-gastrointestinal ulcer effect. Suppression of gastric acid is weak, greatly reducing the risk of developing stomach cancer. It also has the characteristics of in vivo drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics such as better bioavailability. [Selection] Chemical formula 1-2 |
