abstract |
The present invention relates to the field of molecular pharmacology, in particular the above-mentioned IL-, which is a peptide belonging to the interleukin-15 (IL-15) sequence and can inhibit the biological activity of the molecule and analogs or mimetics of the peptide. Related to 15 sequences. In the present invention, the peptide is shown to inhibit IL-15-induced T cell proliferation and TNF-mediated apoptosis when bound to the α subunit of the receptor (IL-15R). The present invention also relates to the use of the peptides in the treatment of pathogenesis in which abnormal IL-15 or IL-15R expression is associated with disease progression. |
