A binder system for applying the microcapsules to the textile material includes the microcapsules in a binder composition. The binder composition comprises: (i) a component selected from the group consisting of alkoxylated fatty acid amides, alkyl sulfonates, amino-silicone softeners, and mixtures thereof; and (ii) glyoxal type wrinkle resistant resin, imidazole type And a component selected from the group consisting of an anti-wrinkle resin, a cationic polyamine, a curable silicone resin, a polyurethane resin, and a mixture thereof.
