abstract |
The present invention relates to a vector construct for HIV-specific gene therapy. Transgene expression is associated with infection of cells with HIV, and transcription of the transgene is controlled by a transcriptional regulatory region derived from HIV. In addition, transgenes have been improved with respect to RNA stability and expression efficiency by modifying the nucleotide sequence. |
