abstract |
A method, apparatus, and system for implementing and using a technique for detecting the presence of one or more target analytes in a particular region of interest of one or more samples is provided. One or more samples comprising a plurality of substances and one or more target analytes are provided. At least a portion of the target analyte is labeled with a phosphor and bound to at least a portion of the substance in one or more samples. One or more samples are irradiated with fluorescence-induced light, and fluorescent light is collected from one or more regions of the one or more samples. At least one anisotropy measurement of one or more samples is performed to identify one or more regions of interest where the one or more target analytes are bound to the substance. By analyzing the collected fluorescent light from the region of interest, the presence of the target analyte bound to the substance in one or more samples is determined. [Selection] Figure 2 |
