A number of different dendrimers can be prepared with high efficiency and reproducibility of click chemistry, including various functional groups, repeat units and / or cores at the chain ends. Nearly quantitative yields were obtained during the synthesis. In some cases, filtration or solvent extraction is the only method required for purification. These features are a significant advance in dendrimer chemistry and show the synergistic action that occurs between organic chemistry and functional materials. |
