abstract |
A disposable cartridge adapted for use with a sensor dispensing device comprises a housing, a test sensor, a mechanical mechanism and a movable seal. The housing forms at least one opening therethrough. Inspection sensors are stacked in the housing. The test sensor is adapted to assist in testing at least one analyte. The mechanical mechanism is configured to push the inspection sensor in the first direction. One of the inspection sensors is positioned to be ejected from the cartridge. The movable seal is adapted to assume a closed position that seals at least one opening to provide a substantially moisture-proof and substantially airtight cartridge, one of the movable seals being inspected An open position is provided that allows one of the sensors to move through itself. |
