abstract |
Provided is a production method capable of producing a porous film having high heat resistance at a low cost by a simpler operation. [Solution] A method for producing a liquid crystal polyester-containing porous film comprising the following steps (a), (b) and (c) in this order: (A) A slurry-like coating liquid is prepared by dispersing 1 to 1500 parts by weight of a filler in 100 parts by weight of a liquid crystal polyester in a solution obtained by dissolving 100 parts by weight of a liquid crystal polyester in a solvent. (B) The coating liquid is applied to at least one surface of the substrate to form a coating film. (C) In the coated film, removal of the solvent, immersion in a solvent that does not dissolve the liquid crystal polyester, and drying are performed to obtain a liquid crystal polyester-containing porous film.
