abstract An oxygen-absorbing adhesive composition and a laminate using an oxygen-deficient cerium oxide-based oxygen scavenger and a method for producing the oxygen-absorbing adhesive composition are provided. The method for producing an oxygen-absorbing adhesive composition according to the present invention supplies a cerium oxide-based oxygen scavenger having oxygen defects to an adhesive resin in an inert atmosphere, and includes an inert gas atmosphere. By supplying and mixing by (for example, nitrogen purge etc.), the fall of deoxygenation performance can be prevented and the deoxygenation packaging material with high deoxygenation capability can be supplied.
