titleOfInvention Barrier film and element
abstract A barrier film capable of maintaining a high water vapor barrier property even when bent is provided. A plastic film has a structure in which an easy-adhesion layer, an organic layer, and an inorganic layer are sequentially laminated on one side or both sides of a plastic film, and the center line average roughness of the surface of the organic layer on the inorganic layer side is 0. It is 5 nm or less, and the organic layer includes a resin obtained by curing an acrylic monomer having at least two acryloyl groups and at least two urethane groups in the same molecule as a polymerization component.
