titleOfInvention Novel sulfonium borate complex
abstract The present invention provides a novel sulfonium borate complex capable of reducing the amount of fluorine ions generated during thermal cationic polymerization and capable of realizing low-temperature rapid curing property in a thermal cationic polymerizable adhesive. A novel sulfonium borate complex is represented by the structure of the following formula (1). In formula (1), R 1 is an aralkyl group, and R 2 is a lower alkyl group. However, when R 2 is a methyl group, R 1 is not a benzyl group. X is a halogen atom, and n is an integer of 1 to 3. [Selection figure] None
