titleOfInvention | Character input device, character input method, and character input program |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To input a character of a prompt sound "t" easily and with a small number of key press operations. [Solution] In a mobile phone terminal equipped with at least a numeric keypad and a display screen, a kana character in each line in Japanese alphabetical order is assigned to the numeric keypad, and one of the numeric keys is assigned to the key when it is continuously pressed. When the cross key “→” key is pressed in the toggle mode that cycles through and displays multiple kana characters in one line, the toggle mode is canceled and the cursor is moved to the next character after the undefined character. When it is moved to the input position and the “→” key is further pressed in this state, a prompt sound “tsu” is input at the cursor position. [Selection] Figure 3 |
