abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a positive photosensitive lithographic printing plate material that maintains good developability and is excellent in printing durability. An image forming layer lower layer containing an alkali-soluble resin, an acid-decomposable compound and an acid generator is formed on an aluminum support, and the image forming layer upper layer containing an alkali-soluble resin is formed on the image forming layer lower layer. A positive photosensitive lithographic printing plate material, wherein the lower layer of the image forming layer contains a copolymer containing a repeating unit represented by the following general formula (1) as the alkali-soluble resin.
