abstract As a window or outer wall material, a blue fine particle dispersion in which fine particles are dispersed in a medium having excellent weather resistance and blue transmission color suitable for long-term use is obtained. A blue fine particle dispersion contains one or more kinds selected from WO 2 fine particles and fine particles represented by MoO 3-X (0 <X ≦ 1) in a medium. The average dispersed particle diameter of the fine particles is preferably 1 nm or more and 800 nm or less. Furthermore, the medium is preferably a resin or glass. Examples of the resin include polyethylene resin, polyvinyl chloride resin, polyvinylidene chloride resin, polyvinyl alcohol resin, polystyrene resin, polypropylene resin, ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer, polyester resin, polyethylene terephthalate resin, fluorine resin, polycarbonate resin, acrylic resin, Any one or more of polyvinyl butyral resins are used.
