titleOfInvention | Granular salt flavor |
abstract | The present invention provides a salt substitute that has satisfactory performance in terms of both functionality for reducing salt and taste. A granule having a three-layer structure in which potassium chloride is coated with a taste improver for potassium chloride and further coated with sodium chloride is granulated to form a granular nucleus containing potassium chloride. A granular salty seasoning comprising an intermediate layer film covering the core and containing the taste improving agent, and a surface layer film mainly composed of sodium chloride covering the intermediate layer film is prepared.
