titleOfInvention Motor-integrated magnetic bearing device
abstract Provided is a motor-integrated magnetic bearing device that can improve the long-term durability of a rolling bearing against a thrust load, can be made compact and fast, and can efficiently cool a motor with a simple configuration. A main shaft 13 provided with a rotor 28a of a motor 28, a compressor impeller, and a turbine impeller is supported by a rolling bearing and a magnetic bearing. The electromagnet 17 constituting the magnetic bearing is attached to the spindle housing so as to face the thrust plate 13a provided on the main shaft 13 without contact. A motor stator 28b is installed in the spindle housing so as to face the motor rotor 28a. In the spindle housing, a motor cooling flow path that penetrates the arrangement portion of the motor 28 is provided. A coolant passage groove 44 is provided in the electromagnet 17 so as to face the motor cooling flow path. The motor cooling channel 41 is interposed in the refrigerant channel of the refrigeration cycle apparatus in which the compressor and the expansion turbine are interposed. [Selection] Figure 2
