titleOfInvention Exhaust gas recirculation device for vehicle internal combustion engine
abstract An exhaust gas recirculation device that can prevent soot from accumulating in an EGR cooler even when a high-load operation state continues frequently. An EGR cooler 63, an EGR valve 62, an EGR cooler bypass valve 65 capable of switching a bypass passage 64 between an open state and a closed valve state, and sensor groups 35, 37 and 71 to detect an engine operating state. 75 and an ECU 50, and when the acceleration request is not made in the non-idle operation state, the ECU 50 opens the bypass passage 64 with the EGR cooler bypass valve 65 so as to increase the pressure of the exhaust gas before recirculation. The EGR valve 62 is closed so that the EGR valve 62 is opened while the bypass passage 64 is closed from the closed state so that the pressure of the exhaust gas before recirculation is released to the intake passage side through the EGR cooler 63. Each of the EGR cooler bypass valves 65 has a function of switching and controlling. [Selection] Figure 1
