titleOfInvention | Method for producing polyetherester elastic fiber |
abstract | [PROBLEMS] To provide a woven or knitted fabric having a self-regulating function in which air permeability is reversibly changed because fiber length is elongated and contracted by moisture absorption / release or water absorption / extraction, and is excellent in light deterioration resistance. The present invention also provides a method for producing a polyetherester elastic fiber, which produces a polyetherester elastic fiber by an inexpensive method with a low environmental load. An elastic fiber made of a polyetherester elastomer having polybutylene terephthalate as a hard segment and polyoxyethylene glycol as a soft segment, copolymerized with an organic sulfonic acid metal salt represented by the following general formula (1). And an aqueous solution containing at least one water-soluble metal salt selected from the group consisting of nickel, manganese and barium. [Chemical 1] (Wherein R1 is an aromatic hydrocarbon group or aliphatic hydrocarbon group, X1 is an ester-forming functional group, X2 is the same or different ester-forming functional group or hydrogen atom as X1, or M1 is an alkali metal or alkaline earth) Metal (excluding barium), n represents 1 or 2) [Selection figure] None |
