titleOfInvention Method for producing silver fine particles
abstract Provided is a method for stably and efficiently producing fine, highly dispersible silver particles suitable as a paste component to be used as a wiring material or an electrode material of an electronic device. In a method of reducing and precipitating silver fine particles by adding a reducing agent to a silver ion solution, a main reducing agent and an auxiliary reducing agent having a reducing power stronger than that of the main reducing agent are used in combination. A silver fine particle production method characterized by adding a main reducing agent in the presence to precipitate fine silver fine particles. By adjusting the amount of the auxiliary reducing agent added, the particle size of the silver fine particles to be precipitated is adjusted. A method for producing fine silver particles to be controlled. [Selection] Figure 1
