Bio-oil treatment method |
abstract |
To neutralize the acidity of bio-oil and make it practical as a fuel. An acidic bio-oil stock solution is introduced into a processing tank 1 and magnesium powder is introduced into the solution from an introduction chute 3 and stirred from a discharge pipe 4 with stirring by a stirrer 7 until the magnesium powder is completely dissolved. Remove the treated oil. The generated hydrogen gas is recovered by the suction duct 5, and the generated reaction heat is recovered by the heat exchanger 6. [Selection] Figure 1 |
