abstract The present invention improves filler dispersibility of a diene rubber composition containing a diene rubber and silica. SOLUTION: 100 parts by weight of a diene rubber, 50 to 140 parts by weight of a reinforcing filler containing 50% by weight or more of silica, 5 to 14% by weight of a silane coupling agent with respect to the weight of silica, formula (I): Wherein R 1 represents a C 4 to C 15 alkyl chain, R 2 represents a C 4 to C 15 alkyl chain, and R 3 represents H or a C 1 to C 8 alkyl group. A rubber composition comprising 0.1 to 3 parts by weight of a phosphoric acid compound, and a pneumatic tire using the same. [Selection figure] None
