titleOfInvention | Solid electrolytic capacitor and manufacturing method thereof |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a solid electrolytic capacitor capable of reducing ESR. SOLUTION: An anode foil and a cathode foil having an oxide film layer formed on a surface thereof are wound through a separator using nylon fiber as a main fiber and PVA as a binder to form a capacitor element, and the capacitor element is repaired. Apply chemicals. Then, it is immersed in warm water at 80 ° C. or higher and lower than 100 ° C. for 5 to 120 minutes, and heat treated at 80 ° C. or higher and lower than 250 ° C. for 10 to 180 minutes. Then, the capacitor element is immersed in a mixed solution prepared by mixing a polymerizable monomer and an oxidizing agent together with a predetermined solvent, and a polymerization reaction of a conductive polymer is generated in the capacitor element to form a solid electrolyte layer. Then, this capacitor element is inserted into an outer case, a sealing rubber is attached to the opening end, and sealing is performed by caulking, and then aging is performed to form a solid electrolytic capacitor.
