titleOfInvention Control method of high-frequency heating device
abstract A control method of a high-frequency radiation device is provided that stably operates a solid-state oscillator without destroying the high-frequency radiation device and improves both heating efficiency and reliability. A control method includes a step (a) of radiating a high frequency from a solid oscillator through an antenna, a step (b) of detecting a high frequency returning from the antenna to the solid oscillator, and a detection result in step (b). (C) adjusting the high-frequency radiation / propagation condition propagating from the solid state oscillator to the antenna based on the above, and after step (c), radiating the high frequency from the solid state oscillator to the object through the antenna ( d). In step (c), the oscillation frequency of the solid state oscillator is changed, the high frequency output of the solid state oscillator is changed, the power supply voltage supplied to the solid state oscillator is changed, and the impedance matching between the output impedance of the solid state oscillator and the impedance of the antenna is changed.
