titleOfInvention | Method for producing phosphorane compound |
abstract | The present invention provides a method for producing a phosphorane compound without complicated operations. The following formula (1) (In the formula (1), R represents an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, a cycloalkyl group having 3 to 7 carbon atoms or a hydrogen atom, and X represents a halogen atom, a toluenesulfonyloxy group or a methanesulfonyloxy group. Y represents an alkoxycarbonyl group having 2 to 5 carbon atoms, an aralkyloxycarbonyl group having 8 to 9 carbon atoms, or a cyano group), and the following formula (2): Ar 3 P (2) (In the formula (2), Ar represents a benzene ring or furan ring which may have a substituent.) A phosphine compound represented by the above is reacted to form a phosphonium salt, and then water is used. Extraction and reaction with a base to produce a phosphorane compound.
