titleOfInvention Automatic spread combustion cyclone reactor
abstract An automatic spread combustion cyclone reactor is provided. An automatic precipitating combustion cyclone type reactor is provided with at least one reducing agent injection port and a few oxide injection ports at some cuts in the cut surface of the reaction device, and the reducing agent and oxidation in the reaction device. In a cyclone system in which an inert gas is added to a reactant such as a product, they are introduced into a reducing agent inlet and an oxide inlet, respectively. As a result, the reducing agent and oxide are automatically spread and combusted in the reaction apparatus so that the composite is reacted. Then, high-purity metals and semiconductor materials such as titanium (Ti), zirconium (Zr), hafnium (Hf), and silicon (Si) can be obtained. This is a reactor that can continuously produce high-purity metals and semiconductor materials. [Selection] Figure 1
