titleOfInvention | Automatic spread combustion cyclone reactor |
abstract | An automatic spread combustion cyclone reactor is provided. An automatic precipitating combustion cyclone type reactor is provided with at least one reducing agent injection port and a few oxide injection ports at some cuts in the cut surface of the reaction device, and the reducing agent and oxidation in the reaction device. In a cyclone system in which an inert gas is added to a reactant such as a product, they are introduced into a reducing agent inlet and an oxide inlet, respectively. As a result, the reducing agent and oxide are automatically spread and combusted in the reaction apparatus so that the composite is reacted. Then, high-purity metals and semiconductor materials such as titanium (Ti), zirconium (Zr), hafnium (Hf), and silicon (Si) can be obtained. This is a reactor that can continuously produce high-purity metals and semiconductor materials. [Selection] Figure 1 |
